For delivery small packets up to 2 kg, we mostly use Hong Kong Post e-Express Service or Registered Mail, Customers can get online tracking information on the delivery status of e-Express Service ; Registered Mail ; Air Parcels Service or Speed Post Service (EMS) sent to selected destinations. Customers can connect to the mail tracking website of the destinations accordingly. For destinations not on the list, tracking information is only available up to departure from Hong Kong.
Customers may always check the box for add or remove items while shopping on cart.
We do not keep customers' credit card details, all the information on the site are protected with up to 256-bit Secure Sockets Layer encryption, after payment process, we both will have an email order confirmation immediately, once order submitted successfully, customers are recommended to returned to their account (ORDER HISTORY) to check their order showing in their account or not, because internet bandwidth speed sometimes lose information.

**BLU-RAY, DVD, VCD ** :-
Our replacement of defective disc period within 14 days after you received your parcel.
Some computers BLU-RAYDVD/VCD rom cannot play some of BLU-RAY/DVD/VCD, may be it is not the disc problems, test again with other domestic player please, or if you should clean your player lens and try again your player lens are going to be old, it cannot work well, don't try to send back for replacement because it is not the disc problems.
We do not accept replacement for incompatible region code BLU-RAYDVD/VCD players, customers should look into the details of the BLU-RAYDVD/VCD before buy.
We are not liable to any damages and or loss caused by mail during transit or by courier.
Customers should make the disc in good conditions and prevent any scratched on disc surface, please use bubbles or soft paper to protect the disc and send back to us by regular air mail, stick air mail letter postage stamps, just like sending a letter for saving your postage fee, (this trip of postage pay by customers) send along with your returned address, email address, name and defective reason, DO NOT SEND BACK the printing layout and the keep case, once we receive the returned disc, we will send back to the regarding distributor for replacement procedure, if the disc still have the problems that you mentioned, they will exchanged a new one for you, if they check the problems scratched by customers or has ever been played many times, they won't exchange for you, this is their replacement of defective discs policy.

Refund Service :
Refund is only subjected to the shortage of stock or lost of parcel which must be confirmed by destination post office, any wrong order made by customers will not entitled refund, however, any un-fore seen circumstance like postal strike, War or Act of God is not valid. The refund will be only returned to the credit card account of customers, however shipping charged is non-refundable.
If the goods are returned to us due to customers incomplete address or deliver to recipients unclaimed, or your country customs rejected, we refund the goods current value, however shipping charged is non-refundable.
